We recommend a domestic clean to be completed weekly or fortnightly.

No, our team will move small furniture items such as chairs and end tables. However, we ask that you remove any fragile or valuable items from the furniture before we arrive.

For a first time client  that would like to develop recurring cleaning services we recommend an initial deep clean.  Our deep cleans address areas that are not typically covered in standard cleans.

No, you do not. You can provide us with access to your home key, door/garage or buzz us in.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning then we are more than happy to rearrange to a day more suitable for yourself. 

If you need to cancel then we charge 50% of the booking, this is to compensate the cleaning professional who have set time aside for your booking.
